Mary Ragazzo, L.C.S.W.
Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practices and technique.
The path to healing lies within you.
My goal is to arm you with the skills needed in your day-to-day life.
I have worked in community mental health facilities, employee assistance settings, vocational rehabilitation facilities, university counseling centers, and more.
For the past 15+ years, I’ve been in private practice, where I have worked with adults from various backgrounds, supporting challenges such as family strain, career stress, adjustment obstacles, emerging mental health concerns, parenting, and personal growth.
Why Choose Me?
I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My style is warm, relatable, and authentic. By combining experience and education with actionable tools, I will equip you with the skills to navigate life’s challenges while feeling empowered.
If you’re ready to reduce stress, improve communication, and find balance, I’m here to help.

“Thanks to Mary, I have boundaries with my family, long-term friendships, a stable career, a healthy partnership, dreams for the future, and respect for myself—all things I couldn't have even imagined 10+ years ago. It's also worth noting that I'm queer and polyamorous—Mary is neither, but supports my journey with ease every step of the way. I cannot recommend her highly enough”
